Acupuncture

Acupuncture is covered by most insurance companies. Direct billing is available.

$75.00  45 mins acupuncture only

$95.00  60 mins  acupuncture with meridian massage, cupping and/or gua sha

$115.00  75 mins  initial intake plus acupuncture with tuina, cupping and/or gua sha

Bowen Technique

Bowen Technique is not covered by insurance companies.

$95.00    per treatment

Yoga Classes

My yoga classes are offered in ongoing sessions throughout the year, with registration through the Chester Recreation Department https://chester.ca/recreation-parks.
